PEB Infrastructure

The MSDBL Factory, situated in Gazipur, Bangladesh, spans an impressive 3,600,000 square feet. Equipped with modern amenities and cutting-edge machinery, it specializes in producing top-quality main frames, columns, beams, purlins, sheeting, and components for Pre-Engineered Buildings. This state-of-the-art facility has a monthly production capacity of 90,000 metric tons.

Exemplifying engineering excellence and innovation, the building stands at a height of 18 meters with a 4:10 slope, utilizing a combination of PEBs, castellated beams, and open-web joists in its construction. The roof features LokSeam®, a recently introduced leak-proof roofing system by PEB Steel. Additionally, the facility houses eight roll formers of various shapes and sizes, catering to a wide array of applications, demonstrating its impressive array of specialized machinery.
