MSDBL SEAM65 STEEL PANEL

MSDBL Steel has consistently been at the forefront of investing in cutting-edge technology to manufacture top-tier products. With a sprawling 211,000 m² manufacturing facility, MSDBL boasts the capability to produce up to 12,000 tons of steel structure and 360,000 m² of steel panels every month. The company is committed to ongoing research and enhancement of its steel panel product lines, ensuring they possess advantageous features and can cater to diverse project requirements, including specific project details such as:

FEATURES

  • MSDBL Seam65 stands out as one of the industry's most resilient and effective drainage roof systems available today, offering exceptional dispersal capabilities.
  • The elevated seam, with a rib height of 65 mm, functions akin to a water trough, facilitating efficient drainage and completely preventing water condensation. It ensures safe use even on roofs with as little as a three percent incline relative to the horizontal level.
  • The fastening clip of MSDBL Seam65 is ingeniously designed to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, thereby nullifying any detrimental effects caused by temperature-induced movements.

APPLICATIONS

MSDBL Seam65 is exclusively tailored for use as a roof panel within industrial building systems and is not suitable for wall cladding. It excels in averting water leakage and overflow, making it an excellent choice for regions prone to heavy rainfall and high wind speeds. With its exceptional resistance properties, MSDBL Seam65 stands as one of the premier roofing systems available.

MSDBL SEAM116 STEEL PANEL

FEATURES

  • MSDBL Seam116 stands as one of the most robust and proficient drainage roof systems available in today's industry.
  • With a raised seam boasting a rib height of 116 mm, it functions akin to a highly efficient water trough, ensuring optimal drainage and complete exclusion of condensed water. This design guarantees safe usage even on roofs with as little as a one percent incline relative to the horizontal level.
  • The fastening clip of MSDBL Seam116 is purposefully engineered to allow the roof to accommodate temperature-induced expansion and contraction, thereby nullifying any potentially damaging effects of thermal movement.

APPLICATIONS

MSDBL Seam116 is exclusively engineered for use as a roof panel within industrial building systems and is not suitable for wall cladding applications. It excels particularly in preventing water leakage and overflow, making it an ideal choice for regions prone to heavy rainfall and high wind speeds. With its exceptional resistance properties, MSDBL Seam116 establishes itself as one of the foremost roofing systems available.

MSDBL LOCK420 STEEL PANEL

FEATURES:

  • Conventional roof systems often face issues with water leakage and environmental corrosion along the screw thread line. In contrast, MSDBL Lock420 presents an improved solution to mitigate these drawbacks.
  • Offering superior strength, MSDBL Lock420 is engineered for extended longevity, broader coverage, and enhanced wind resistance compared to traditional sheetings connected directly to purlins using screws.
  • MSDBL Lock420 is secured to the purlin using fixed clips strategically positioned along its length.

APPLICATIONS:

MSDBL Lock420 is well-suited for roof cladding. With a rib height of 41mm, it ensures effective dispersion of rainwater even on roof systems with slopes as low as 7 percent, providing users with added peace of mind.

Moreover, MSDBL Lock420 finds application in wall cladding, enhancing the visual appeal of various civil and industrial architectural structures.

MSDBL LOCK940 STEEL PANEL

FEATURES:

  • Conventional roof systems often face issues with water leakage and environmental corrosion along the screw thread line. Therefore, MSDBL Lock940 offers an improved solution to mitigate these drawbacks.
  • MSDBL Lock940 is a high-strength sheeting designed to provide extended durability, wider coverage, and superior wind resistance compared to other traditional sheetings connected directly to purlins using screws.
  • MSDBL Lock940 is affixed to the purlin using fixed clips strategically positioned along its length.

APPLICATIONS:

MSDBL Lock940 is well-suited for roof cladding. With a rib height of 41mm, it ensures effective rainwater dispersion even on roof systems with slopes as low as 7 percent, offering users added peace of mind.

MSDBL SPAN5 STEEL PANEL

FEATURES:

  • MSDBL Span5, engineered with five robust ribs, offers strength, durability, and customizable length to meet specific customer needs.
  • The panel is designed to be secured to the purlin using screws.
  • With a male-rib height of 32 mm and well-spaced wide ribs, MSDBL Span5 ensures efficient drainage, making it suitable for large-scale pre-engineered buildings with shallow slopes.

APPLICATIONS:

This panel variant is a classic and widely employed choice. It finds common applications as a roof panel, wall panel, and in structures requiring curved panels.

MSDBL SPAN6 STEEL PANEL

MSDBL Span6 designed with six ribs brings strength, durability, and flexible length according to customer requirements.

The product is designed using screws for tying up the panel to purlin.

MSDBL Span6 panels are used flexibly as roof panel, wall panel, interior partitions, fascias or parapets.

With high ribs and narrow rib-spacing, creates architectural aesthetics for civil and industrial buildings.

MSDBL SPAN9 STEEL PANEL

DESCRIPTION

MSDBL Span9 is being used for wall panels instead of the common Span5. The feature of MSDBL Span9 with low ribs and narrow rib-spacing creates architectural aesthetics for civil buildings and industrial buildings.

APPLICATIONS

With an architectural aesthetic appearance, MSDBL Span9 is used flexibly as ceiling sheets, interior partitions, fascia or parapets.

MSDBL Span9 is rarely used for roof sheeting in industrial buildings due to its low height of ribs and narrow rib-spacing, and because its drainage ability is not as good as other sheetings.

MSDBL DECK STEEL PANEL

MSDBL Deck is used as formworks for civil buildings and industrial buildings. There are a lot of transversal burrs distributed equidistantly along the longitudinal panel, the former increase the hardness of decking panel.
